Our attorneys currently serve or have served as the attorneys for the City of Yelm, Thurston Conservation District, Mason Conservation District, and Thurston County Public Utility District. We draft ordinances and guide clients through complex contracts. We have defended and prosecuted numerous lawsuits and appeals on behalf of municipalities, addressing such varied issues as eminent domain, water rights, comprehensive plans, land use appeals, personnel matters, the Open Public Meetings Act and general municipal matters.

Our attorneys have over six decades of experience representing cities, districts, and other municipal clients. We have been recognized for our knowledge in these areas and have been asked to speak and write on municipal topics by the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys.
